Alexis Hue
Managing Director
Alexis is the founder of Audiotiq and the author of Radio’s Digital Transformation Playbook. An INSEAD MBA and seasoned tech entrepreneur, he previously co-founded Voxalyze, a digital audio analytics platform. Over the years, he has launched and scaled multiple startups, advised founders and venture capital funds, and served on startup boards. An experience he now leverages to deliver training and strategic workshops, run innovation sprints, and advise senior leadership. He is also the voice of Audiotiq.

Viktor Leshin
Senior Consultant – Technology & Data
Viktor is a graduate in Computer Science from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and a master of everything data-related. From gathering to processing and enriching, the more data, the better. He also built the infrastructure behind Audiotiq’s data-driven tools.

Radio has incredible strengths, but many stations struggle to leverage them in a digital world. As a tech entrepreneur and venture capital professional, Alexis kept asking himself: why haven’t the proven methods that drive success in Silicon Valley and European Tech Hubs made their way into radio?
Through co-founding Voxalyze, an audio analytics platform, and working with radio organizations worldwide, he discovered the answer. Radio needed frameworks specifically adapted for its unique challenges – not generic digital advice, but practical methodologies that preserve what makes radio powerful while unlocking new growth opportunities.
This insight led to Radio’s Digital Transformation Playbook and the founding of Audiotiq. We bridge the gap between tech industry methods and innovation and radio expertise, bringing structured experimentation and growth thinking to stations ready to thrive in an on-demand audio world.
